❥ Allergy precautions
Allluv uses anti-allergy materials (gold, silver92.5, surgically steels, titanium, nickel-free).
Certain jewelries and accessories may contain brass, copper, leather, or alloy materials.
These materials may react differently on sensitive skins and may cause allergies. If you have new piercings/wounds on your ear, please avoid from wearing earrings.
If you are highly allergic to metals, please be cautious when purchasing products.(Alluv is not responsible for any allergy related incident(s) if buyer(s) neglect our policy)
It is recommended that you remove the earrings immediately if there are any symptoms of allergy ( e.g itching, swelling, rash, infected etc.), sanitize and cool off the irritation.
If the symptoms are severe, it is recommended that you visit the hospital immediately for further treatment.

❥ Silver925
❙ Silver 925 material has soft properties with a silver content of 92.5%.
It's known as allergy-free metal and cause minimal to non allergies.
In the process of shipping and when opening the package, sometimes the silver is bent by force, you can reform it easily with light force.
❙ If not plated, there may be stains or decolorization by oxidation, which is a natural phenomenon and it is not considered as defective products. If it is decolourized, specific silver polish solution can be used to restore the original color.
❥ Surgical steel
❙ Surgical steel material is made of stainless steel.
It is commonly used for medical device for medical institutions, it is harmless to the human body and causes minimal to non allergies.
❙ It is water resistant, anti decolorization and anti corrosion, and has a luxurious texture with a unique gloss that can maintains quality for a long time.
❥ Titanium
❙ The titanium material is stronger than silver needle and may look darker because of its nature, please note that it is harmless and is not defective.
❙ Minimal to non allergic reaction, decolorization and corrosion. It's a durable material.
❥ Nickel-free
❙ Nickel-free plating means using rhodium plating without using allergy-causing nickel around the brass. It is less reflective than nickel plating and cause minimal to non allergies, so it is commonly uses for general accessories.
❙ All products made of brass may be decolorization by the surrounding environment (sweat, water contact, storage method, air exposure) regardless of the time they are worn. Also, please note that there may be allergic reactions depending on individual differences.
❙ Avoid the use of polyester fabric or cleaning solution for plated products.
