1.) How long does my order takes to arrive?

Orders are expected to arrive 5-10 business days after dropped off according to Canada post.

2.) Is there any local pick up location?

Yes! We offer local pick up for Allluvers in Vancouver. Pick up location is 8111 Park road (Richmond brighouse station)
For local pick up, please DM or email us to order! 

How do payment works for local pick up?

We accept E-transfer or cash for local pick up orders.
Payment through etransfer must be received one hour prior arranged pick up time.

 

3.) Can I pay with E-transfer?

Please DM(Instagram) us to order if you would like to pay with etransfer including the item(s) you'd interested.

4.) Can I exchange or return my item(s) if the size doesn't fit?

All items are final sale due to hygienic reasons. Please kindly read our store policy for more details.


5.) Can I shower with the jewelries?

We highly recommend to avoid contact with water to maintain the jewelries' original condition. We provide minibags for storage when item(s) is unworn.

6.) When will my order be shipped after I placed it? 

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped.

 

7.) How can my order eligible for free shipping?

Orders over $80 are eligible for free shipping that come with tracking number!
For BC customers, please be aware that free shipping within BC does not come with tracking number.


8.) Do you have any option for gift wrapping?

We will provide an extra wrapping bag if requested.
Gift box option will be available in the future.


9.) Can I use current promotion on set prices items?


All orders can only apply ONE discount promotion. Discount is already applied on set price items, you may only choose 1 of the existing discount that is available.

 

10.) When will you restock sold out items?

Please DM us for information about restock items. You can also preorder them through DM to secure your quantity.

 

11.) Do you have a physical shop?
