Refund & Exchange policy

Due to covid-19 and hygiene reasons, all items are final sale as we can not distinguish between worn or unworn products

We only accept exchanges for serious damage item(s) within 24 hours after products are delivered with no exception.

No exchange due to change of mind or item size misunderstanding.

All sales items are considered as final sale.

 

We would like to inform you that we do not accept exchange, cancellation, or refund after payment is settled (delivery preparation status).

 

Product colours and sizes might be slightly different from pictures and videos due to lighting and angles.

 

There might be a minor difference between the actual size of the product and measurement.

 

925 silver can be easily bend during shipping, please be aware this is not a reason of faulty.

 

minor scratches or spots are considered as normal

 

All metal products can be decolourized over time by water, sweat, cosmetics, air, etc. (see Jewelry care).

 

Our products are all brand new and have anti-allergy technology

We recommend allluvers who has allergies  to materials such as brass, silver or titan or who are still recovering from new piercings to be extremely cautious while purchasing.

 

Shipping policy

Please kindly note that we will not be responsible for lost packages without tracking numbers. We highly recommend tracking number to avoid inconvenience. We promise to assist with lost package situations if order is trackable.
